Anticipated to open in 2022, Muckleshoot Casino's 18-story, 400-room hotel tower will offer sweeping views showcasing the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Guests will be able to enjoy an indoor, climate-controlled pool, pamper themselves with signature spa treatments, and more. Gaming at Muckleshoot Indian Bingo is restricted to persons aged 18 and above. We have no intention of collecting any personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. Any offers, promotions, or contests we conduct are not open to persons under 18.

Following Governor Inslee's Nov. 15 news conference, we have reimplemented certain COVID-19 safety protocols.

The Muckleshoot Casino will once again be allowing our guests to smoke in allocated smoking areas as of December 2nd, 2020.

The one difference is all Table Games will remain non-smoking until further notice.

Muckleshoot Casino remains open 24 hours, and our restaurants will continue to operate. You must wear a mask at all times, and we continue to use thermal detection at entrance.

We have also increased heavy-duty cleaning and cleaning staff. We are installing more plexiglass in our gaming areas. We have designated outdoor space for guest smoking and have fencing, tables, and heaters for your comfort. And we will monitor daily guest counts in our Casino.

PGA Professional Colin Inglis of Shadow Hills CC won the Muckleshoot Casino Washington Open Invitational by one stroke over PGA Professional Birk Nelson of Orange Whip. Inglis fired rounds of 69-68-137, 7-under par. Low amateur honors went to Costas Panay of Sahalee CC, who finished in third place

Inglis has previously won the Oregon Open Invitational in 2018 and the National Car Rental PNW Assistant PGA Professional Championship in 2019.

History of the Championship

The Washington Open Invitational dates back to 1922. In that year, young Al Espinosa captured the crown at Yakima CC. Some big names have won this event over the years including the Zimmerman brothers, Al and Emery, along with Chuck Congdon, Bud Ward, Bob Duden, Don Bies, Senior Tour Player Rick Acton and PGA Tour Player Fred Couples. In 2016, Jeff Coston claimed his fifth Muckleshoot Casino Washington Open Invitational title adding to his wins in 96, 99, 2001, and 2010, tying him with legend Chuck Congdon in the most Washington Open Championships of all time. Chuck Congdon held the record for the most wins (39, 47, 50, 52, and 62) while Al Mengert holds the record for the most consecutive wins (63, 64, and 65). The current tournament record is held by PGA Professional Tim Feenstra of Broadmoor GC (2011) and PGA Life Member Jeff Gove (2012).

Folds of Honor

The 2020 Muckleshoot Casino Washington Open Pro-Am benefits the Folds of Honor. Folds of Honor provides scholarships for the children and spouses of those killed or disabled in service to the United States Military. Meridian Valley Country Club

Meridian Valley Country Club officially opened on July 1, 1967 with 9 of the 18 holes ready for play. The second nine holes and clubhouse opened to equally grand fanfare in May 1968. This exceptional 18-hole layout was designed by Ted Robinson, one of the nation’s leading golf course architects, who chose the site based on the stunning views the surrounding area provided.

This will be Meridian Valley CC’s fourteenth time hosting the Washington Open Invitational – hosting in 1972, 1976, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. They also hosted the SAFECO Classic from 1982 through 1999. MVCC has grown into one of the Northwest’s most respected golf courses to the credit of the founding members who successfully achieved their goal to develop a first-class golf club.
