Fat Tuesday Dining Specials Morongo Casino Mardi Gras, which means Fat Tuesday in French, is a festival of abundant eating! Join us February 28, 2017 & enjoy Fat Tuesday Dining Specials at Cafe Serrano & Potrero Canyon Buffet.
